Consumption of organic food helps reduce the chances of illness and keeps it at bay, it also maintains the environment and ensures sustainability.

These chemicals have been used during the various stages of the growing and preserving process of foods that we eatveery day. The production of organic food does not allow the use of human sewage sludge, GMOs/GEs, chemical pesticides, chemical based/synthetic fertilizers and radiation but that is not the case in non-organic food as they  allow the use of all of these methods in farming.
